A New Range For a Drinks Company

Our customer approached Design Plus to help extend their matcha powered drinks line. The client wanted to expand their range to include four new flavours; Cacao, Beetroot, Tumeric and Ginger.
Sachet design and production
We were required to design a new tool in order to produce a unique sachet size to meet the client's requirements. We ran several internal trials in production on the new sachet tooling to ensure that there were no problems, and that the sachet shape and size were up to standard.
The sachets were packed into cartons and into printed shelf-ready trays which were sourced and fulfilled by the Design Plus Team. One of the biggest challenges was the fast paced nature of the project and the time constraints. As soon as costs were sent over, the client gave us the go ahead and artworks were approved prior to receiving an order. The whole project started in February 2018, and by July we had stock in the warehouse, showing how fast the turnaround time was on this job.
